Hello,

Good news wcs mod is back up and running after the major CSS update. Our server is open to public to play the addictive mod :) However, it is still in its beta stage so please I need all you help to test out races. So please start playing and lets us know which skills are working and which aren't...


Not working skills at this moment:
Teleport Please do not use teleport because it will cause server to crash
ward...cant get the ward to work, it will be some time before we will have it working.
most of the effect...All the effect needs to be reworked with the plugin that we use so we are waiting on the update...


To report race skills that are broken please make new topic...
Oh and server is only 10 slots for now ones its fully working we will have it 20 slots...

xx What we are doing about CS:S Update | 28 Jun 10

Hello,

As all we know steam has hit us with major engine update by moving to Orange Box...Which broke all the mod we were running. This goes for every server that runs any type of mod most of them are broke, it needs to be recoded in order to make it work...Just this morning one of the plugin we use to code just came out with its official update to support the new steam orange box engine but its still not stable and also there is EST_tools which is main base of WCS mod is broken but sad news is the developer of that plugin has stop working on it since last two years so we are gone have to wait until some one develops some thing close to it...as I know last night I spoke to some one and they are working on it that kept my hopes up for WCS...

Now talking about WCS it self that is also been recoded in Python by some else, therefore Andy and I have no plan yet to recode since some one all ready started but sad part about this python is its not fun to mess with like as adding effects and doing custom things. But under the table andy and I are thinking about doing WCS in whole different language with big package, but at this point we cant say we will make it because we are not sure...

Now about the Xclusive server...We will run WCS in python ones it out, however for now I have downgraded server to 10 slots since we are not running any mod at all and I do not see any one playing...

Please hang in here we will be back running soon. :)

Hello,

Recently I had few offer about donation during while I was playing on server, saying upgrade this and that we will start contributing to clan. Today out all that talking one player came forward [DNAngle] and motivated me to start this process, and instead of getting what he wanted he give me option to ask what every player wants to see as an upgrade on server, and it was very nice of him.

Well any way I'm opening this poll for two weeks so please vote now and write comments on it and let us know why we should do the option you voted for and not the other.

And player who would also like to make donation please feel free to do so and I will keep upgrading stuff around...

xx Setting Changes on the Xc server | 06 Jun 10

Hello!

Recently we had lots of complain about more then few player not completing object, and camping around therefore I made some changes after talking to all my admin...Most admins suggestion was to make changes in stats point but after some brainstorm I did not thing that it will solve this problem... So I got you guys some thing nicer. Which is slay all the alive player that will not complete the objective. :)

Server Security: Looks like we are getting those fag back on the server but not to worry for now I have added some small script that will protect the server and keep those fags away...However, this script is tiny hardcore so please do NOT mess with console command if you don't have to other wise you will be added in ban list and it will be hard to remove that ban.

Finally, I know you guys will cry about getting slayed at the end of the round and losing all the shop item but sorry I can't help you there...Die trying to win or don't camp so in future we will not have to go hard core about this...

That's right, one week from today at approximately this time May 6th 3:15 PM PST, all of you will have the chance to play against the Xc|usive clan: You might be able to see Hetal, Che, Ascent, Spicy, Dirtnap, Phil and I kicking your faces in SIMULTANEOUSLY, a once in a lifetime opportunity. Man Harvester might be there too, so you can get some kills if you get lucky enough to get to him before falling in a puddle of your own blood.

Prizes may exist if you demonstrate extreme badassary or general awesomeness or if Hetal shows up drunk and misses the ban button badly enough.

So, come around to pop some heads and have a good time.

Note: Due to most of us being busy at the time we set before, we are changing the time to 6:30 PST ~ 7:30 PST until You drop !!!
